The shape of the Ladder Barrel promotes spinal stretches and extensions, specially beneficial to increase spinal flexibility and improve posture.
Cancellation Policy
1 Session class (drop in) expired in 6 days. 10 Sessions class (drop in) expired in 2 months. 15 Sessions class (drop in) expired in 3 months. 20 Session class (drop in) expired in 4 months. Group class schedule will update every week. Private Session will update one day before. Cancellation max 10 hour before. (we will burn the session if less than 10 hour). 1 session for 55 minutes. Always bring your Grip socks and towel. No grip socks now allowed to join the class. Group class will open if reach minimum participant 3 person, less than 3 person the class be cancelled and member can reschedule.
